The only thing that makes me home sick the most is food. If anyone knows me well its how much I love to eat and my obsession with popcorn.

Melt 2 tbs. of butter or 2 tbs of cooking oil in pot and desired amount kernels. Note not fill the pot to full. Stir in the kennels and make sure they are all covered. Place pot on stove on medium with the lid and continue to shake the pot to make sure you don't burn the popcorn. Within a few minutes the pot with erupt with the noise of popping kernels. Turn the stove off once since the popping has stopped. Once done you can now drizzle butter on top and salt to taste. Depending on your mood there are many different types of popcorn flavors you can try to make such as garlic, taco or parmesan rosemary.
Healthy snack
There are more then a few health benefits of popcorn such as its ability to lower cholesterol levels, regulate blood sugar, improve the digestive process, and help you lose weight just to name a few. Though you have to remember this is only healthy snack before any salt/sugar or butter is added.
