Fresh is Best
My favorite kind of smoothie to make in the mornings have been pineapple & banana smoothies. The pineapples are always so sweet here and always a good ingredient in a smoothie. Depends on what else we have bought I might do a mango/pineapple or even just toss in a apple to the blend. They are quite easy to make and a great way to get more fruit into your daily diet.
Pineapple & Banana Smoothie
1 cup pineapple
1 cup banana
1 cup of milk
